PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet reduced in iron loss after magnetic annealing, without causing raise in costs and reduction in magnetic flux density even in the case of a V-containing steel. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.005% C, <=1.0% Si, 0.1-1.0% Mn. 0.001-0.05% At, ;<=0.02% (including 0%) S, <=0.2% P, <=0.005% (including 0%) N, at least either of Sb and Sn in an amount satisfying Sb+Sn/2=0.002 to 0.02%, 0.002-0.02% V, further B in an amount in the range where B/N (weight ratio) becomes 0.5-2.0, and the balance essentially Fe. |
