PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flawing resistance of a coating film surface without impairing the processing characteristic required for painted metallic sheets including post-coated metallic sheets. SOLUTION: The surface of a metallic sheet is coated with a coating film contg. approximately spherical org. particles. The projection surface area ratio (S:%) occupying the coating film area of the org. particles projecting to the coating film surface is <=80% in plan view and the projection height average (H:μm) of the org. particles from the coating film surface enclosing the respective projected org. particles is <=50% of the average diameter of the used org. particles. Further, the product (S×H) of the projection area ratio (S:%) and the projection height average (H:μm) is specified to >=180(%/μm).
