PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cleaning parts rapidly and completely cleanable an object without being affected by the contents of a stain by joining liq. and compressed air at the tip of a concentrical air-liq. supply double pipe and providing an anular jetting nozzle structure for injecting the joined body annularly and obliquely. SOLUTION: The air-liq. feed double pipe 4 is formed by concentrically arranging an outer pipe 2 with the tip cut obliquely forward at an angle of 45 deg.C to form a slope and an inner pipe 1 in the outer pipe 2. A thread 5 provided at the end of the guide pipe 6 of a V-shaped jig 10 is screwed into a thread 3 furnished at the tip of the inner pipe 1 of the double pipe 4 to form an annular jetting nozzle. The compressed air 11 and water 12 are joined, and the joined body as a gas-liq. mixture 13 is jetted annularly forward at an angle of 45 deg.. Consequently, an object is rapidly and uniformly cleaned without being significantly affected by the contents of the stain.
