PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability, to reduce a cost, to secure prescribed sealing performance, and to prevent appearance quality from being impaired. SOLUTION: This rear door weather strip 11 is formed into an annular form as a whole, and composed of the first extrusion-molded part 13 corresponding to a quaver part of a door frame, the second extrusion-molded part 14 corresponding to the front side part and lower part of the door frame, the first cast-molded part 15 for connecting respective mating one end edge parts of the both extrusion-molded parts 13, 14, and the second cast-molded part 16 for connecting the other mating end edge parts of the both parts 13, 14. Each extrusion-molded part 13, 14 is provided basically with a base part 17, and a seal part extended from the base part toward its outside and having a hollow part in its inside. A seal lip extended outward with respect to the seal part is integrally formed in the first extrusion-molded part 13, and the length of the seal lip is gradually changed by adjusting thickness in its root part. |
