ENVIRONMENTAL ION CONTROLLING PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental ion controlling preparation which contains monazite as an ionization source, and permits the formation of negatively ionic particles in a quantity larger than that of the positively ionic particles formed and to provide various articles containing such a preparation. SOLUTION: An environmental ion controlling preparation containing a powder of monazite and a powder of pyrophyllite is used. Various articles having environmental improving effect are obtained by adding this composition to a starting material for plastics or fibrous products, by adding it to coating materials or wallpapers and by adding it to potter's clay as a starting material for earthenware.
