PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-Newton ring film having an excellent transparency and damage preventiveness. SOLUTION: The anti-Newton ring film comprises a resin layer 2 containing an ionizing radiation curable resin as a binder 3 and a particulate material 4 dispersed in the binder 3 on at least one surface of a transparent support 1 in such a manner that the material 4 is projected at least its part from a surface of the layer 2 and a content of the material 4 is 0.01 to 0.5 wt.% of the total binder 3 for constituting the layer 2.
