PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manufacturing cost by rationalizing a working line when manufacturing concrete moldings. SOLUTION: When making an inclined wall pipe 1 which makes up a prefabricated manhole in the form of a concrete molding, a form for molding the inclined wall pipe 1 is placed on a pallet 4, a component which produces ettringite at a high temperature is added to the form at a concrete forming part A, while the pallet 4 is conveyed by a first conveying member D to a third conveying member F. Further, a secondary concrete thus kneaded is formed to be molded using a centrifugal molding process or a vibration molding process. In addition, the molding are made to pass through a curing chamber 18 formed like a tunnel at a curing part B to be cured and set. Next, an outer form is split and removed from the form at a mold removing part C to expose the inclined wall pipe 1. After that, the inclined wall pipe 1 is delivered by a delivery conveyor 26 and the form is again assembled into the pallet 4 and the assembly is conveyed to the concrete forming part A through the third conveying member F. |
