PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of manufacturing formed products such as films and sheets having excellent quality in high productivity, and the formed products obtained from the composition. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (a) a thermoplastic polyurethane consisting of a polymer polyol unit having 2.01 to 2.10 of hydroxyl groups per molecule and a number average molecular weight of 500 to 8000, an organic diisocyante unit and a chain extender unit, (b) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, (c) a block copolymer consisting of an aromatic vinyl polymer block and a conjugated diene polymer block and their hydrogenated products and (d) a bisamide compound, and containing 30 to 90 wt.%. of the component (a), 70 to 10 wt.%. of the component (b), 1-30 wt.%. of the component (c) and 0.05 to 10 wt.%. of the component (d) based on the sum of the components (a) and (b). |
