PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a decorative material made of ceramics of a three-dimensional protrusion and recess surface. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a decorative material comprises the steps of opposing a transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S made of a support and the transfer layer to a protrusion and recess surface side of a base material B to be transferred, colliding solid particles P injected from an injector 32 to the support side of the sheet, bringing the sheet into pressure contact with the base material by its collision pressure, then releasing the support, and thereafter baking it to obtain a transfer product such as a decorative material or the like. In this case, as the base material to be transferred, a base material baked after coating ceramics with a glaze or non-coating ceramics are used. Or, after the transfer layer is transferred, only a resin content in the transfer layer or the like on the base material to be transferred is baked, then further coated with a glaze, baked, and a glaze layer is seized together with the transfer layer to form the glaze layer as a transparent protective layer. |
