PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floor contamination and to save cleaning labor by disposing sewage coming out from garbage bags broken by a bag breaking mechanism by adsorbing it all on a water adsorbing sheet and removing it. SOLUTION: Supply quantity of an article T to be disposed of onto a conveyor 12 is regulated by rotation of a quantittative supplying vane 11 when a garbage bag B containing the article T to be disposed of is input to the inside of a hopper 10. The article T to be disposed of dropped on the conveyor 12 is supported by a stay 16, conveyed in the discharging direction, made to collide against a row of clicks 13 one by one, the bag B containing the article T to be disposed of is hooked on the claws 13 and torn off, the article T to be disposed of is taken out of the bag B, and it is delivered outside through a chute 19 from a delivering end of the conveyor. Sewage in the bag B at the time of bag breaking is dropped from the conveyor 12, made to run along a gutter 18 dripped on a water adsorbing sheet 3 laid on a supply water disposal part 2 through a reel on the winding side and a reel on the delivery side and adsorbed on a sheet surface. A part of the water adsorbing sheet 3 adsorbing this sewage is wound up on the reel on the winding side. The used water adsorbing sheet 3 is removed from this reel, dumped, treated to be regenerated. |
