PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain which can look better when open and which allows an easy operation therefor and a curtain device having the same. SOLUTION: A curtain cloth 5, in which a plurality of pleats 6, 7 extending in the longitudinal direction of a curtain are made at almost equal intervals in the cross direction of the curtain so that the curtain cloth 5 can be folded in the form of an accordion, is fitted with a plurality of magnets 8 arranged at predetermined intervals in the cross direction of the curtain and aligned in the longitudinal direction of the curtain, and the curtain cloth 5 is held folded by the mutually attracting forces of the magnets 8. A lock 4 attracting the magnets 5 to lock the curtain cloth 5 folded is disposed.
