PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning based on Miso suitable as a Namemiso (tastable miso) or using in a Japanese soup or a cooking food, etc. SOLUTION: This seasoning based of Miso 10 contains at least heat-cooked ground meat 11c together with a prescribed amount of raw sugar 15 and Miso 12 in an amount to be 6-7 units based on 1 unit of the ground meat 11c and is obtained by mixing them and heating. |
