PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the continuous lamination of bodies to be laminated in a consistent production line through a flow process by a method wherein a plurality of laminating device units are conveyed in succession and then a body to be laminated is carried out of this device unit. SOLUTION: A lid member having a diaphragm 106 is placed through a rubber packing on a stainless pipe. Under the state just mentioned above, a laminating device unit 101 is started to move by a conveying means 102. As the conveying means, only the proper selection from a conveyor, a rollered truck or the like is enough. By evacuating a laminating device unit 101 during motion through an exhaust port from exhaust holes with a vacuum pump connecting with the stainless pipe, the diaphragm 106 is sucked to a plate, resulting in pinchingly pressing a body 105 to be laminated. Next, the body to be laminated 105 is heated and cooled and, after that, taken with a carrying- out means 104 out of the laminating device unit 101. |
