<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow flexibly programable control, and time saving overlapping for working cycle for plural working cylinders each other of a hydraulic operation unit, or parallel advancing by simplifying the operation unit for an optional using purpose to the utmost, and by reducing an assembling cost and a maintenance cost. SOLUTION: A pressure modulator for modulating pressure is arranged inside each working cylinder 1-4, and an output signal of a pressure sensor 12 changed in response to pressure modulation is supplied to a control unit 11 to check a position of each working cylinder 1-4 and/or to discriminate the identity of the working cylinder.</p> |
