<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a workman to execute safe operations to collect a sea bottom water supply pipe, and materialize a high efficiency, short construction period, and a low cost. SOLUTION: A sea bottom water supply pipe collecting vessel is equipped with a takeup drum 2 which is to take up a sea bottom pipe 3 and has a diameter 20 times as large as the sea bottom pipe 3 to be taken up, and a driving means which is to rotate the drum 2 and consists of a hydraulic motor. The arrangement further includes a rotating speed adjusting means which adjusts the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor by adjusting the oil quantity supplied to the hydraulic motor.</p> |
