PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a candy capable of intactly retaining the color tone, aroma, nutrients and taste of a material without any sandiness and useful as a healthy food, etc., by directly adding edible particles having a prescribed particle diameter to a specific candy stock solution or dispersing the edible particles in oils and fats and then adding the resultant dispersion thereto. SOLUTION: Edible particle having 1-20 μm average particle diameter such as green and yellow vegetable particles or favorite beverage particles are directly added to a candy stock solution prepared by boiling down a solution consisting essentially of a glucide such as sugar and water under atmospheric pressure or a reduced pressure or dispersed in an oil and fat and then added thereto to produce a candy containing the edible particles and oils and fat, uniformly dispersed therein. |
