PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow controlling hydraulic device capable of easily adjusting the flow rate and having the high flow rate accuracy. SOLUTION: A main adjusting circuit 29 is provided, for adjusting the flow rate of a main passage 6 in the range from the minimum discharge of a variable displacement pump 1 to the maximum discharge by controlling the variable displacement pump 1 having the discharging side connected to the main passage 6. The main passage 6 and a tank 26 are connected to each other by an adjusting passage 30, and an electromagnetic proportional flow control valve 32 is interposed in the adjusting passage 30. Moreover, a pressure reducing valve 36 is interposed in the adjusting passage 30 between the electromagnetic proportional flow control valve 32 and the main passage 6. Moreover, a minimum pressure compensating circuit 42 for compensating for minimum pressure of the main passage 6 is interposed in the main passage 6. |
