<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a coil externally invisible by embedding an antenna between two card portions in the middle of a code card to be injection-molded and to avoid mechanical damage. SOLUTION: To produce a card, a coil 12, when a mold is opened, is arranged on the surface of a fixed mold portion 21 facing the third hollow cavity 32. After the mold being closed, the third hollow cavity 32 is filled by injecting a plastic material through a duct system 33. A coil 12 is embedded in the cavity 32. In this way, the second card portion in which the coil 12 is embedded is produced. The first card portion is injected on the second card portion. At the same time, another second card portion in which the coil 12 is embedded is produced at the same position of the mold 20 in which the cavity 32 was arranged.</p> |
