PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable removing of a volatile matter in a resin without a vent-up operation and also enable kneading and extruding of the resin at a high output, in a resin kneading and extruding process using an extrusion mechanism with a vent insert. SOLUTION: In a biaxial and same directional rotary extrusion machine with a vent insert 10, a vent opening part 3 is positioned in an opposite direction to the rotating direction of screws 9a, 9b. Further, when the planar area of the vent opening part 3 is given as A, the diameter of the screw 9a, 9b as (d) and the reaming height of a reamed part 11 which forms an upper space in the vent insert 10 as (h), the relationships are A/d2=0.3-2 and h/d=0.05-0.5. Besides, the hold-down angleθat the reamed part 11 is 0-80 deg.. |
