PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the printing property, the anti-plasticizing property, the oil resistance, the solvent resistance and the water resistance or the like by a method wherein in the heat-sensitive recording medium, a resin composition layer wherein a specified amount of a hydrophilic group-containing fluorine based compound is blended with a carboxyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol based resin, is laminated. SOLUTION: In the heat-sensitive recording medium wherein a heat-sensitive color developing layer is provided, a resin composition layer wherein 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic group-containing fluorine based compound is blended wilt 100 pts.wt. of a carboxyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol based resin, is laminated. In this case, the hydrophilic group-containing fluorine based compound to be used is a compound represented by a formula, Cn F2n+1 -(X)1 -(CH2 - CH2 -O)m -H (wherein, X is -SO2 NR (alkyl group)- or a carbonyl group, (n) is an integer of 1-40, and (m) is an integer of 1-100). The content of the carboxyl group in the carboxyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol based resin is set 0.1-10 mol.%, and an average polymerization degree of the same resin is set 100-10000. |
