摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an unfavorable transfer of an ink which is generated when a printer for which a line-type end face thermal head is loaded, is used by specifying an initial adherence between a heat-transfer recording medium and a body to be recorded. SOLUTION: A heat-transfer recording medium 30 wherein a heat-transfer layer is provided on a supporting body, and a body 8 to be recorded are pinched between a line-type end face thermal head 40 and a platen roller 50, and the heat-transfer layer is transferred to the body 8 to be recorded into an image form by a heat application by the thermal head 40, and the heat-transfer recording medium after the transfer is taken up. In this case, the initial adherence at 60-80 deg.C between the heat transfer recording medium 30 and the body 8 to be recorded is regulated to become 50 gf/cm<2> or higher. Also, the heat-transfer layer of the heat-transfer recording medium 30 is provided to be non-adherent at a normal temperature, and the heat-transfer layer is prepared by incorporating a thermoplastic resin such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer.
