<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the problems on safety and health at a production site and further realize the long term maintenance of a favorable external appearance of the decorative material through the betterment of its durability by a method wherein an ink layer with water-based ink is provided on a base material and a top coat layer made of a solventless ionizing radiation curable resin is provided on the ink layer. SOLUTION: On the surface of a base material 1, an ink layer 2 with water-based ink is provided. Further, on the surface of the ink layer 2, a top coat layer 3 made of a solventless ionizing radiation curable resin is provided. Since the ink layer 2 is made with water-based ink, the rules of safety and health on a working environment can be observed. Further, an excellent adhesion between the ink layer 2 and the top coat layer 3 is realized and consequently an excellent durability and long term external appearance maintenance is resulted. Furthermore, when the ink layer 2 consists of an ink solid layer 4, the top cost layer 3 tightly bonds only with the ink layer 2 and no bonding surface with the base material 1, which is poor in the adhesion with the top coat layer 3, is present, resulting in employing a bonding surface, the adhesion between the top coat layer 3 and the ink layer 2 of which is strong, can be empolyed.</p> |
