PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft foam excellent in physical properties and useful for a furniture, etc., by reacting a specific blended material with specific 2 kinds of compounds in the presence of a blowing agent. SOLUTION: This soft foam is obtained by reacting (A) a stable liquid allophanate-modified polyisocyanate prepolymer blended material having approximately 11-32 wt.% isocyanate (NCO) content and consisting of (i) an allophanate group-containing diisocyanate having approximately 12-31 wt.% NCO, (ii) a polyether polyol having approximately 100-10, 000 molecular weight and approximately 1.5-4 hydroxyl (OH) functional value and (iii) a polymethylenepoly(phenylisocyanate) having approximately 28-33 wt.% NCO, with (B) a mixture of (iv) approximately 80-99. 999 wt.% polyetherpolyol having approximately 1,000-10, 000 molecular weight and approximately 1.5-6 OH functional value with (v) approximately 0.001-20 wt.% organic compound having approximately approximately 90-1,000 molecular weight and 2-4 NCO reactive groups in the presence of (C) a blowing agent so as to become 60-120 NCO index. |
