PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a working cost, to improve a bending speed and to simplify a crank bending device and its execution program. SOLUTION: A base side bending part R1 of a lead R of an electronic parts 10 is held by a first chuck 1 and the other end side bending part R2 is held by a second chuck 2 respectively, and the first chuck 1 and the second chuck 2 are relatively transferred in parallel by a crank bendingmeans 20 to bend the lead R into a crank shape. The crank bending means 20 is composed of a movable frame 21 having the second chuck 2, a fixed frame 23 which holds the movable frame 21, a turning member 25 which is pivotaly supported by the fixed frame 23 and turns, an engagement pin 28 which engages the turning member 25 with the movable frame 21, a crank radius setting means 30 which sets the engagement pin 28 in a position by a crank radius (r) apart from a turning axial center Z of the turning member 25, and a turning means Mθwhich forward and backward turns the turning member 25 by a bending crank angleθof the lead R.
