<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength, water tightness and durability of concrete by densification of texture by introducing a chemical prestress to a concrete while mixing the whole area of the concrete with a staple as an expansion inhibitor to suppress an expansion energy. SOLUTION: Various kinds of concrete compounding materials are mixed with an expandable industrial by-product and an expansion inhibitor. Expandable components such as CaO, SO3 , etc., contained in the expandable industrial by- product are reacted to produce an expansion force in a concrete. The expansion inhibitor mixed with the concrete physically suppresses an expansion energy, effectively prevents the expansion of the concrete and effectively introduces a chemical prestress into the whole concrete. The expansion inhibitor is a filamentous, ribbon-like or belt-like staple for physically suppressing the expansion force of the concrete. Steel fibers, carbon fibers, glass fibers, aramid fibers, polypropylene fibers, etc., are used alone or in a combination as the staple.</p> |
