A melting disposal apparatus for injection needles characterized in that unit for generating electromagnetic microwave, unit for generating a plasma discharge with high temperature by being irradiated with the electromagnetic microwave, and moving unit for automatically inserting the injection needle into the zone in which said plasma discharge is produced, and automatically releasing the injection needle from the zone after the injection needle has been molten.
