PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the anxieties or uncomfortable feeling of passengers by notifying the passengers in closed cage of a time until a car frame starts its vertical movement when both of an open cage and a closed cage exist in a plurality of cages. SOLUTION: A control unit 12 is composed of a signal processing section 12a, a transmission processing section 12b, a signal storing section 12c and a running control section 12d. The running control section 12d is provided with a door opening/closing detecting part and a vertical movement starting time calculating part. The door opening/closing detecting part inputs a door opening/ closing state signal from the door controllers 4a and 4b of cages 1a and 1b, and on the other hand detects the opening of the door of one cage and the closing of the door of the other cage. The result of detection is outputted to the vertical movement starting time calculating part. The vertical movement starting time calculating part calculates a time until a car frame 1 starts its vertical movement again, and outputs this as a state informing means to the informing device of the closed cage. |
