PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a seal print data on a new bank note at the time of carry- over. SOLUTION: A financial transaction system comprising a host computer storing information of an account opened by a client, and on-line terminals connected with the host computer for transaction is further provided with a seal print data memory means, and a bank note printer which can print a character data and an image data. Image data of the print of a registered seal is acquired previously at the time of opening an account and the seal print data is stored in the seal print data memory means. When a client performs transaction using a bank note, the seal print data is acquired from the seal print data memory means upon occurrence of carry-over of the bank note and bank note printer prints the seal print data on a new bank note. |
