PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and to pierce into a body wall with a light force amount. SOLUTION: The dull part 12 of an inner core 3 which is the tip of a pneumoperitoneal needle 1 is pressed to the abdominal wall of a patient for whom a patient plate from a high frequency power source is mounted to the body wall and the inner core 3 is pushed in for a length L while opposing the energizing force of a spring member 19 further. When the dull part 12 is turned to the state of being positioned inside a high frequency electrode 5 which is the tip of a jacket tube 2, a conductive member 15 provided on the outer periphery of a drum part 14 is brought into contact with both of a first terminal 9 and a second terminal 10, the first terminal 9 connected to an active cord and the high frequency electrode 5 are turned to a conductive state, the abdominal wall is cauterized by a high frequency current energized to the high frequency electrode 5 and the pneumoperitoneal needle 1 is pierced into the abdominal wall with the light force amount. |
