<p>A process for CO and/or H2 impurity removal from a gas involves: (a) reacting the impurity with O2 in contact with a supported particulate catalyst comprising Au and/or Ag particles and Pt gp. metal particles, to form CO2 and H2O respectively; and (b) recovering the impurity-free gas opt after CO2 and H2O removal. Also claimed is a method of preparing CO2 and H2 impurity-free N2 from air, using the above process.</p> |
