PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an opposingly rotating disk type fertilizer applicator capable of applicating fertilizer in wide range and in a leveling state to be used by changing the application width of fertilizer thereof to the narrow one corresponding to a part for planting or setting a seedling or a groove for growing Dioscorea batatas in a field.
