<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid heating and water cooling device, by which the necessary rapid cooling to a test piece composed of a thin steel sheet is executed and also, a mechanical shock at the time of charging into the water is relaxed and the test piece having no defect can be obtd. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heat holding means 12 for holding the test piece 11 of the thin steel sheet and heating, a shifting means 13 for dipping the heated test piece 11 into cooling water 14 at a prescribed speed, a cooling water vessel 15 for holding the cooling water 14 and an air blasting means 17 for relaxing the mechanical shock at the time of dipping the test piece 11 by blasting the air into the cooling water 14.</p> |
