PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic resin film for decorative panels which film does not cause print missings, by making no existence of the unevenness of heights beyond a specific value on the surface at at least one side of the film. SOLUTION: This film is an acrylic resin one having a thickness of 500μm or less and no existence of the unevenness of heights of 5μm or more on the surface at least one side. In order to give flexibility to the film and to thereby improve the handleability and processability, the acrylic resin is pref. constituted with an acrylic resin matrix comprising a main component of methyl meth-acrylate having a glass transition temp. ranging from 50 deg.C to 150 deg.C, and a crosslinked elastic material. The crosslinked elastic material is specially pref. an acrylic-based crosslinked elastic rubber in the point of the transparency and so on. A preparing process for the film having no existence of the unevenness of 5μm or less on the surface is not particularly limited, but is given the examples of processes, one of which is of removing foreign matters existing in an acrylic resin, and another of which is of smoothening the surface at least one side of the film when making the film. |
