PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making starch powder and biodegradable resin into a molded article directly without using a master batch constituted of the starch powder and the biodegradable resin and without impairing the physical properties of the molded article obtained, preferably without having an adverse effect of the moisture of the starch powder. SOLUTION: In this molding method, starch powder of 10-70 wt.% and biodegradable resin of 30-90 wt.% are introduced into an injection molding machine directly without mixing them beforehand quantitatively with a metering feeder used and are injection-molded. It is preferable that a low-moisture starch powder of which the moisture content is 5% or less is used as the starch powder or that material starch powder is dried by a vent to be made the low-moisture starch powder of the moisture content 5% or less before it is supplied to the injection molding machine.
