<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a head side bottom having a tilt function by which a comfortable attitude can be taken by a more simple structure. SOLUTION: This bed is so constructed that the bottom is divided into a head side bottom 2a and a back bottom 2b and the head side bottom 2a and the back bottom 2b are connected through fitting members 3, 4 by a first stay 5 and a second stay 6. The connected first stay 5 and the second stay 6 are installed always in the state of being bent about the connecting portion. A tension spring 7 for energizing in the bending direction is stretched between the first stay 5 and the second stay 6, and the second stay 6 side is provided with an operating lever 8 for displacing the first stay 5 and the second stay 6 about the connecting portion against the energizing force of the tension spring 7.</p> |
