PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering method for an intra-tunnel transport vehicle which can generate a good stability in running in any of the running directions, advance and reverse. SOLUTION: The body 1A of an intra-tunnel transport vehicle 1 is equipped with a steering mechanism 3F for front wheels 2F and a steering mechanism 3R for rear wheels 2R, and a steering operation changeover means 30 is furnished which steers the wheel positioned ahead about the advancing direction and maintains the wheel positioned behind in the nuetral condition. In advancing or reversing, the wheel positioned ahead about the advancing direction is put in the steering motion at all times. |
