PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute always a password check when a personal box is to be erased. SOLUTION: A personal box area allocated to an individual is secured in an image memory section 3. The personal box area is in correspondence with name and the fist password or the second password if the first password is not registered. In order to output the content of a personal box, if the first password is registered, it is checked. If the password is not registered, output can be made without the password. In the case of erasing a personal box, if the first password is registered, the first password is checked. If the first password is not registered, the second password is checked for checking of the legitimacy of the operation. |
