PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new processed squid food capable of using the good taste of raw squid. SOLUTION: This squid food is obtained by cutting off the head portion of a raw squid, extracting inner organs from the body portion, and subsequently packing seasoned cod roe into the obtained body portion. The food thus produced can be eaten in the raw state. |
