TWO-VALVE MIXER

摘要

FIELD: manufacture of fittings; domestic sanitary fittings for mixing liquids in wide temperature range. SUBSTANCE: two-valve mixer includes body made integral with inlet and outlet branch pipes and provided with straight-way longitudinal passage. This passage is used to connected cavities of seats of hot and cold liquid valve heads with outlet branch pipe to discharge tube. Each seat of valve heads is located perpendicularly relative to hot and cold liquid inlet branch pipes and is provided with base for fitting fixed ceramic washer having two through holes; washer is mounted through seal. Fixed ceramic washer is located for engagement with movable ceramic washer which is fitted at limited angle of turn. Each seat is provided with thread on lateral surface for securing the valve head. Base has two holes. Movable ceramic washer has closed commutating slot. Body is provided with at least one additional straight-way passage connecting the cavities of hot and cold liquid valve heads with additional outlet branch pipe to shower rose. Base of valve head seats is provided with additional hole. Each fixed ceramic washer is provided with at least three straight-way holes corresponding to holes in base of valve head seats. Commutating slot of each movable ceramic washer has section coinciding with section of inlet hole of fixed ceramic washer in closed position. Each movable ceramic washer is fitted in valve head seat for fixing it in closed position and changing-over the direction of liquid flow.
