INSTALLATION FOR CONTINUOUS VACUUM DRYING OF LIQUID AND PASTE-LIKE PRODUCTS

FIELD: chemical and food industries, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: installation has body with evacuation and steam removing system and transporting device mounted inside body. Transporting device is made as two conveyors installed one under the other. Transporting organ of upper conveyor represents number of hinge-connected members capable of rotation. When located in drying zone, those members are positioned on guides, thus forming continuous carrying surface. Lower conveyor belt is provided with transverse scrapers over entire length. Heating members are represented by infrared radiators of different power and hot plates which temperature may be controlled in direction of decreasing values according to transporting belt movement. Installation also includes loading and unloading devices. Hinged member of upper conveyor is made as box which bottom in direction of conveyor movement has radius of not less than box depth. Spring-loaded knife and brushes are positioned at end of conveyor branches, and crusher is mounted at place of upper conveyor unloading. EFFECT: extended range of application. 3 dwg
