FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: reader has case with window, light, first and second mirrors, and sensor with lens. Second mirror is mounted on sensor. Sensor, lens, and window are optically coupled when lens is in extreme bottom position. Sensor, lens, first and second mirrors, and window are optically coupled when lens is in extreme top position. Lens is mounted for horizontal displacement together with sensor and second mirror and for vertical displacement due to interaction with inclined guide. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of reader due to image scaling while retaining small size and space requirement. 1 dwg |
