FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device measuring electric energy has converter of power of electric energy to frequency which inputs are connected to proper terminals of supply network and which output is linked to input of computer. Input of computer is connected to output of clock generator and group of outputs is linked to indication unit, information output is coupled to first input of logic OR gate and controlling input is connected to output of optoelectron connector. Output of univibrator is linked to second input of logic OR gate whose output is coupled to input of optoelectron connector. Input and output of optoelectron connector are connected to command and control point by means of two-channel communication line. EFFECT: provision for automatic multiple test of serviceability of device with reduced number of channel of communication line. 1 dwg
