The invention concerns an encapsulation system comprising an organic core and a mineral cortex characterised in that: the core consists wholly or partly of at least one organic active principle; the mineral cortex consists wholly or partly of aluminium hydroxycarbonate; and the cohesion of said encapsulation system is ensured by means of at least one non-ionic surfactant comprising at least one hydrophobic segment and at least one hydrophilic segment. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said encapsulation system. |
