SUBSTANCE: rotary-piston internal combustion engine has housing 1 with covers 16 accommodating cylindrical rotor-piston 4 secured on eccentric shafts 6, blades 13, planetary mechanism, intake and outlet ports. Rotor-piston 4 is installed on at least two eccentric shafts 6 arranged at equal distance from center of housing 1. Driving shaft 8 is installed in center of housing 1. Carriers 7 with supports for eccentric shafts are rigidly secured on driving shaft 8 at outer sides of rotor- piston 4. Planet pinions 10 are fitted on ends of eccentric shafts 6. Fixed sun gears 11 are connected to covers 16 of housing 1. Number of rotor blades is odd, three minimum. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced overall dimensions and metal usage. 2 cl, 2 dwg
