Signal of request for servicing is formed and transmitted to operating system nucleus. In compliance with signal, object mark signal is read into operating system nucleus, and signal of user's access rank is compared with signal of object access level. If the first signal is higher, execution of actions is permitted. If the signals are equal, signal of user's confidence rank is compared with signals of confidence levels for object actions. If signal of user's confidence rank is higher than confidence level signals for object actions, signals of object action identifiers are compared with signals of user's action identifiers.
