SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dish with system of reflecting mirrors to direct optical radiation on to photodetector, collimator placed across input of optical radiation to dish and lens focusing optical radiation on to photodetector. Apparatus is inserted with optical element splitting optical radiation into two beams directed on to photodetector by optical paths of different length. Optical element can be manufactured in the form of semitransparent mirror that can be removed or replaced or in the form of bioprism. .
