THIN-WALLED PART FASTENING METHOD

FIELD: mechanical engineering; fastening of thin-walled parts for machining in machine tools. SUBSTANCE: fastening of thin-walled part provided with ribs comes to the followed : tube made of material whose deformation stability is less that of thin-walled part is placed in part space. Then liquid is filled into clearance between inner surface of thin-walled part and outer surface of tube and is cooled to provide its complete setting. Prior to filling-in the liquid, inner surface of ribs is coated with substance nonwettable by this liquid. EFFECT: increased accuracy of fastening. 1 dwg
