Computer assisted document management circuit

The document management circuit includes a central processor, a memory and a display. The memory contains a hierarchical organization of indexes, subindexes and data files. It creates groups of documents such as classes. Each of the document groups is organized into a structure of indexes and each document group has a group of document types which should be listed in the considered document group. An active document group is inserted into a document type belonging to the associated group of document types.
