The interior of the body of the valve (1) consists of a check valve (25) pierced by a calibrated orifice (27) sealed bellows (38) filled with a control gas under pressure that determines the pressure of the reference pressure for holding the valve on its seat (15) whilst the input pressure is less than the reference pressure so all the gas flows through the calibrated hole. If the input pressure is at least equal to the reference pressure, the valve lifts to allow free flow of the gas under pressure.
