The present invention concerns an antenna fixing device including a first support element (1) to be secured to a pole, a second support element (2) mounted pivotable on the first support element (1) for allowing for a height adjustment, and a third support element (3) on which the antenna is fixed mounted pivotable on the second support element (2) for allowing for a fine azimuth adjustment, the fine azimuth adjustment being carried out by using a control element forming an excentric type cam (5) whose rotation of 360 DEG ensures a complete to-and-fro scanning by said third support element (3) of the fine azimuth adjustment range.
